Youth organisation unveils ambassadors for Alimosho federal constituency

Moremi Youth Development Project has unveiled the pioneer Youth Ambassadors for the Alimosho Federal Constituency.

MOREMI Youth Development Project has unveiled the pioneer Youth Ambassadors for the Alimosho Federal Constituency.

This was announced on Thursday, in a statement by the Commissioner for Tourism, Arts and Culture, and convener of the project, Pharm Uzamat Akinbile-Yusuf.

The ambassadors are Titiloye David representing Agbado/Oke Odo; Awotile Akeem representing Ikotun Igando; Odusanya Tolulope representing Alimosho; Uka Oluwaseun representing Mosan Okunola; Badamassi Pelumi representing Ayobo/Ipaja and Anosike Mary-Angela representing Egbe Idimu.

The ambassadors were chosen from young individuals who "emerged after a week of intensive training on self-development and discovery to unleash their potentials at the just concluded Moremi Youth Development Program.

"Their primary assignments are to render selfless service to humanity especially the council areas they represent and also by involving in the following activities: 

"Participate in a charity walk or run.

"Volunteer at a local nonprofit & work with council areas.

"Seek for charitable donations for the less privileged in our society. 

"Host a fundraising event and donate the money.

"Teach classes in a skill they have. 

"Clean up and ensure a healthy environment and many more as events unfold."
