MOSAN-Okunola LCDA, under the leadership of the Executive Chairman, Hon. (Princess) Olabisi Adebajo, has held the Year 2024 Budget Stakeholders Consultative Forum at the Council Multipurpose Hall.
The Council Boss, in her speech during the forum on Friday, December 1, 2023, urged the stakeholders to participate actively in the process as deliberations and contributions of the discourse shall form the framework for next year’s budget.
On their part, the National Youth Council of the Mosan-Okunola LCDA and the physically challenged, among others, presented a comprehensive booklet of their request to the Department of Budget for onward capturing in the preparation of the Year 2024 budget.
Political leaders like Alhaji Yisa Yusuf, Engr. Balaja, Baba Owner, Hon. Jinadu, Evangelist Kupoluyi, religious leaders, CAN and league of Chief Imams, the CDC led by Mr Tajudeen Fajobi, CDA Executives, Baales, LASCOTA, youth associations, and the NURTW, among others also clamoured to have their inputs captured in the next fiscal budget.
Present at the meeting were the Mosan-Okunola LCDA Executives, legislative arm, management and staff members, and stakeholders from different sectors of the local economy.
