THE last has not been heard concerning the controversies surrounding the sex scandal involving pupils of Chrisland School, Lagos.
This time, a Chief Magistrate Court in Yaba, Lagos on Tuesday, July 27, 2022, re-arraigned Uche Igwe (Darksam), a broadcaster with Metro FM, Lagos for allegedly sharing the sex video of some Chrisland school pupils.
According to media reports, Igwe pleaded not guilty to an amended one-count charge instituted against him by the Lagos State Government.
It should be noted that in May 2022, the Police arraigned the media personality on a two-count charge of cyberstalking and breach of peace, to which he pleaded not guilty.
However, in the now-amended charge, Igwe was accused of distributing the sex video of some Chrisland pupils who were in Dubai via his Twitter handle.
His trial was subsequently adjourned to September 28, 2022.
