POSITION OVERVIEW:
As the Head of Human Resources, the responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of HR functions within the Group. Play a critical role in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organizational goals and foster a culture of engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
-Master's degree / HR certifications is a plus
-10 years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles.
-Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
-Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director including managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
-Attend meetings, take notes, and document next steps. Create project plans and ensure the next steps are communicated and completed upon starting.
- Manages to-do list for ED and helps offload tasks not required by ED.
-Take over the scheduling of all meetings and appointments
-Take over the management of calendar and email – including inbox processing, drafting emails, tracking follow-ups, scheduling meetings, optimising my calendar for best workflows, etc.
-Support in the creation of presentations for upcoming events, including by conducting research, and providing talking points.
-Create a file management system to organize all official documents, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records for the Chairman’s office.
-Act as a liaison between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders, handling communication with professionalism and confidentiality.
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
