1.    JOB TITLE: HR/People Operations Intern 
COMPANY: Culturelligence
LOCATION: Remote [Nigeria]
OVERVIEW
This is a 3 months remote internship role for an HR/People Operations Intern at Culturelligence. The intern will work closely with our HR and People Operations team to gain hands-on experience in various areas of the HR and operations functions.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Must be a current student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
-Strong desire to develop HR skills and knowledge
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and proven ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment
-High level of attention to detail, with exceptional organisational skills
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
-Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and various social media platforms
-Previous HR or administrative experience is a plus.

2.    ROLE: Finance Manager
INDUSTRY: Micro Finance Bank
RESPONSIBILITY:
-Ensuring transactions are correctly posted to GL accounts of both entities
-Processing expenses, tracking and monitoring revenue in both entities
-Ensuring proper set-up of the Financial Accounting systems and Controls in both entities
-Ensuring that the underlying records (general ledger) of both entities are of utmost integrity 
-Ensuring daily/monthly reconciliation of all ledgers and sub-ledgers in both entities 
-Preparing management accounts for both entities monthly and as may otherwise be required.

3.    JOB TITLE: Estate Surveyor
LOCATION: Alausa, Lagos
SALARY: N125,000 net + benefits
INDUSTRY: Financial Institution
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Ensure timely payment of rates, taxes, and charges.
-Prepare and deliver presentations/reports on property matters and other management requests.
-Verify assets and process fees for property title revalidation.
-Maintain accurate property titles and act as the custodian.
-Keep leases and rent agreements up-to-date, including lease document preparation.
-Optimize property values for maximum returns to the Bank.
-Manage smooth termination, negotiate reinstatement costs, and handle lease surrenders.
-Guide the property portfolio review, collaborating with independent consultants.
-Oversee the maintenance of the Bank's security equipment (treasury, safe, emergency doors, etc.).
REQUIREMENTS:
-Minimum B.Sc/HND with a second class lower division or equivalent in Estate Management or a related field.
-Maximum age of 28.
-Strong analytical and research skills.
-Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
-Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Proficiency in relevant software tools.
-Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.

5.    COMPANY: Dover Credit Limited
JOB ROLE: Qualitative Check Member
LOCATION: Ikeja, Lagos
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
-According to the inspection requirements and standards of the work of employees to conduct regular inspection
-Understand and master inspection content and requirements, make correct judgments and record unqualified products.
-Timely feedback to the management for correction of abnormal inspection phenomena;
-Collecting and filing all inspection records and relevant materials;
-Assist assistant in completing other quality management system supervision and inspection work;
-Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.
REQUIREMENTS:
-BSC/HND qualification
-Bachelor's degree or above
-Be proficient in using computer and office software
-Work actively, have a strong sense of responsibility
-Having the same position or customer service experience is preferred
SALARY: 50,000 plus commission.
WORK DAYS: Monday – Saturday. 
TIME: 9 am- 6:00 pm. Overtime pay will be provided for overtime on Saturdays
