JOB SPECIFICATION  
-Communicate with the general staff on MD’s behalf and coordinate logistics internally and externally.
-Have a high level of responsibility over projects ongoing within the company.
-Takes initiative and complete control over the MD’s workload and provides a support role as well.
-Position reports to MD and works with the board of directors/Senior management.
-Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients.
-Oversee staff members and can be in charge of setting their schedules and making adjustments as they come.
-Advise on business matters and make important decisions, as well as speaking on behalf of the MD.
-Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners.
-Schedule meetings and appointments.
-Arrange corporate events.
-Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
-Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Research advertising trends and competitors’ pricing and products
-Execute projects with the team to create content
-Contribute to the creation of creative marketing campaigns across social media, the company website, email and other platforms.
-Monitor project status

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
 -Determine client's needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
-Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
-Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
-Display and market real property to possible buyers
-Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
-Manage property auctions or exchanges
-Maintain and update listings of available properties
-Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors
