RESPONSIBILITIES 
-Apply standard techniques and procedures in building information modelling of air conditioning, heating, ventilating, and plumbing systems for commercial buildings
-Conduct preliminary selections and adaptations of HVAC&P equipment for specific applications in commercial buildings
-Implement prototype development utilising in-house and outside resources (3D printing and/or other modelling processes)

-A candidate who equips with experience in HVAC or facilities systems will be added advantages
