We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Immigration Clerk. As an immigration clerk, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with their immigration paperwork and processes. This position requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of immigration laws and procedures.
-Assist clients with filling out immigration forms and applications accurately.
-Review and organize documentation required for immigration processes.

3.    JOB TITLE:  Quality Assurance Officer - Corporate Services

QUALIFICATION: Minimum of First Degree in any discipline 
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5 years cognate experience. 
To ensure quality assurance best practices with managing, coordinating, and supervising the acquisition, assignment, utilization, maintenance, and disposal of the Bank’s fleet to ensure excellent service delivery to all employees and executive management.
-Implement efficiency and quality control checks framework across all service and process touchpoints. 
-Standardize the documentation process, operating policy, and service level agreement of the corporate service team to match global best practices. 
-Drive complete usage and adoption of the fleet management software and travel desk portal to boost team efficiency and productivity. 
-Design and drive the adoption of a human-centred service delivery operating model. 
-Design and implement a tiered service framework to ensure a seamless travel experience for employees across all cadres. 
-Work with the Human capital Helpdesk in providing instant support to reduce or eliminate failed service for fleet, travel, and protocol concerns. 
-Analyse data from employee travel/protocol satisfaction feedback survey to revamp, adjust, and or redesign tasks, processes, procedures, policies, and workflows as required. 
-Guide the corporate service team in making informed decisions from analysed data. 
-Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders through the design and delivery of a human-centred service experience. 
-Perform quarterly and yearly reviews of existing partners and vendors to ensure they are aligned with our drive for excellent service delivery.

5.    JOB TITLE: Compliance Service Assurance Officer 
DEPARTMENT: Compliance
-Ensure daily monitoring and capture of all Service Level Agreements (SLA) tasks’ delivery/performance. 
-Detect SLA violations, investigate, and prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports for management decision-making. 
-Facilitate monthly/ad hoc communications between departments to define, review, and maintain SLAs. 
-Update annual SLA review records for all departments. *Follow up on Service Recovery to customers. 
-Refer service failures to the Combined Assurance Team for process improvement and policy change. 
-Generate Periodic Trend Analysis Reports on breaches. 
-Update the comprehensive list of all Tasks/Processes periodically. 
-Facilitate updates of departmental Standard Operating Procedure Manuals. 
-Deliver training on data handling/processing.
-A good University degree. 
-Minimum 4 years experience in a Service Assurance and/or Compliance role.
