1.    JOB TITLE: Female Store Assistant
LOCATION: Ilupeju, Lagos
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time
JOB DESCRIPTION
-Maintain proper, accurate and up-to-date store database on the computer and files (hard files)
-Prepares internal requisitions for material replenishment and follow up with procurement.
-Check for compliance and adherence to store procedures and quality management system to ensure that only quality materials are received.
-Ensure effective documentation of all store’s materials.
-Ensure timely dispatch and issuance of materials.
-To ensure that stock levels are maintained to avoid stock out and production delays.
-Ensure timely generation of weekly and monthly reports.
-Ensure close coordination with store personnel to achieve set goals.
-Responsible for initiating requests, receiving, opening, storing and replenishing the supplies and merchandise of the store.
-Keeping and maintaining inventory records of the goods
-Checking all the supplies, reporting damage and loss, and replenishing the shortage of the same.
-Coordinating with factory manager and supervisors/ teams in materials/tools allocation and management of same.
QUALIFICATIONS
-OND or Bachelor's Degree or any related scholastic discipline from an accredited institution.
-Females are preferable for this position.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills and abilities
-Ability to effectively organize and network following the store staff and production teams.
-Self-motivated and independent worker
-Should be an efficient time manager and have the ability to meet deadlines and targets.

2.    JOB TITLE: Import Documentation Officer

OBJECTIVES
This individual will specialize in implementing cost-effective import documentation for imported consignments with a view of achieving a timely clearance of items from the ports/border entries by the company’s import policies & procedures.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
-To manage a system that provides information on cargo arrivals, pre-alerts, and ship’s berthing.
-To provide daily reports on the statuses of the clearing processes of imported items.
-To provide effective support to the Assistant Manager – Documentation, in all his areas of responsibility.
-To maintain a register of dispatches/deliveries of cleared consignments.
REQUIREMENTS / KEY COMPETENCIES
-B.Sc / HND in Social Sciences, or any related field.
-Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in similar positions.
-Relevant professional qualification is an advantage.
-Strong communication, negotiation & leadership skills
-Proficient in MS Office Suite (such as Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
-A good team leader.

3.    JOB TITLE: Ticketing and Reservation Officer
LOCATION: Ikeja, Lagos

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Handle booking requests from clients, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services.
-Coordinate with airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and other service providers to secure reservations and confirmations & ensure accuracy of booking details, including travel dates, times, and preferences.
-Manage changes or cancellations to reservations as needed, while minimizing disruptions to clients' travel plans.
