JOB DESCRIPTION 
Our Head office is seeking an Office Assistant who is a multi-tasker, self-starter, excellent communicator, proactive, efficient and thinks out of the box. If this is you, then we would like to meet with you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Act as a hub for customer complaints, resolve customer issues and attain efficiency goals.
-Responsible for communicating to and retention of client accounts

-Monitor and update social media platforms, e-store and online ads
-Liaise with stock keeper regarding stock availability for customer orders

-Implement HR strategies, policies & procedures by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, learning & development, records management, succession planning, employee & industrial relations and retention.
-Manage the initiation and coordination of all recruitment, selection, induction and placement strategies and processes for all categories of new employees to meet and deliver business objectives.
-Manage the company’s Performance Management Cycle, implementation of change, Reward &Compensation strategy, Staff Development and Employee Engagement Strategy in line with agreed timelines.
-Comply with country-specific Labour Laws in the company’s locations by studying existing and new legislation; anticipate legislation, enforce adherence to requirements and advise Senior Management on needed actions.
-Oversee the administration and management of all facilities, properties and assets of the company.
-Oversee the HR & Administration budget and ensure costs are in alignment with the budget.
-Liaise with external contractors, training providers, Management Consultants, etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
