3.    POSITION: Payroll Specialist
LOCATION: Victoria Island

DUTIES
-Build salary band/grades based on business structure and growth phase
-Process documents and prepare reports relating to compensation, benefits, grievances & performance evaluations 
-Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) for Gree E-Homes
-Deal with employee requests regarding salary payment, KPI, Salary Increments, Staff Loans, Statutory deductions, promotions, Bonuses etc.  
-Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (Absences, Bonus, Leaves, etc.)
-Advising on salary payment based on pay grade and current benchmark 
-Advising on bonuses, staff engagement events and other benefits 
-Communicate with public services/ External bodies when necessary
-Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
-Accurate report to management on statutory payment and statutory payment
-Ensure accurate salary payment to all staff at the earliest possible as approved by management 
-Ensure company compliance with government standards on employee management
-Ensure the accuracy of staff/new database and hire payment process 
-Update candidates’ profile in HR system/Database
-New Staff documentation when needed

QUALIFICATION
-3-5 years of cognate experience in a similar field

6.    JOB TITLE: Trainee Behavior Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Will assist in the implementation of person-centred programs utilising Applied Behaviour Analysis and Positive Behaviour Support best practice
-Will support children by teaching functional skills, developing communication systems, and enhancing social skills under a framework that provides choice and promotes empowerment.
-Will monitor and take accurate data daily as per service each child’s targets
-Will support children during times of disruptive behaviour.

-Will assist children with self-help skills, including personal care and hygiene needs (e.g., toileting, nappy changing, feeding, bathing, nail cutting, and medication)

-Must have experience in utilising ABA methodologies for skill acquisition 
-Candidates with a degree in Psychology, Child Development Studies, Special Education or related fields will be given preference
-ABAT or RBT are also preferred
