ROLE DESCRIPTION
-Develop and implement effective sales strategies
-Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets and effectively monitor their daily sales activity.
-Build a high-performing sales team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance
-Establish productive and professional relationships with key accounts and distributors
-Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base
-Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department
