1.    JOB TITLE: Senior Metallurgical Engineer.

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Engineer to oversee our raw material management operations. You will possess a deep understanding of material handling procedures. As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimise raw material usage, reduce costs, and ensure a consistent supply of high-quality materials.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Monitor and manage overall activities to ensure efficient and effective management of raw materials, finished goods, consumable stores, and raw material transfer/issue to process departments.
-Demonstrate expertise in material handling and stacking techniques for various types of materials, ensuring proper storage and handling practices.
-Coordinate closely with process owners to gather stock transfer details and ensure accurate and timely updates in system activities.
-Manage transportation activities, including scheduling, route planning, and carrier selection, to optimise logistics and minimise transportation costs.
-Oversee and manage all required system setups implemented by the organisation to streamline raw material management processes.
-Lead and manage departmental activities, providing training and guidance to team members to enhance system efficiency and continuous improvement.
-Serve as an effective communicator with strong presentation skills, capable of conveying complex technical information to technical and non-technical audiences.
-Build and maintain positive interpersonal relationships with colleagues from other departments, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
-Demonstrate a thorough understanding of general safety rules and their effectiveness in preventing accidents and maintaining a safe working environment.
QUALIFICATION:
-Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
-Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in raw material handling activity in a manufacturing industry, preferably in a steel manufacturing industry.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

2.    JOB ROLE: Mechanical Engineer (Maintenance)
TYPE: Full-Time (Manufacturing)
LOCATION: Lagos Mainland

JOB BRIEF
We are looking for creative Mechanical Engineers to work on all the Production stages of the Greyboard Manufacturing from the development of the Pulper to the final endpoint (Calendaring)
RESPONSIBILITIES 
-Ensure that mechanical maintenance is carried out correctly and safely as per the requirement of the factory. 
-Research options and recommend solutions to resolve operating and/or maintenance issues
-Execute capital projects and other significant facility changes while ensuring the safekeeping of all company agreements, financial instruments, etc.
-Conduct and execute research and development to design and manufacture, through to installation and final commissioning of factory projects.
-To carry out maintenance of the factory’s mechanical equipment. Train subordinates to ensure that mechanical maintenance is done timely and correctly. 
-Good verbal and written communication skills are required.
-To ensure proper housekeeping of job areas and the factory in general. Spare parts requirement planning. To follow instructions from superiors always. 
REQUIREMENTS 
-HND/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum of five (5) years of industrial experience.
-Professional Certifications would be an added advantage.
-Proven working experience in mechanical engineering.
-Knowledge of pneumatics, production and process management, hydraulic machines and basic knowledge of electrical motor maintenance.
-Knowledge of utility equipment such as boilers, compressors, generators, etc. and ability to repair pumps.
-Strong knowledge in maintenance of mechanical equipment and pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
-Good knowledge of maintenance planning and implementations.
-Analytical, strong leadership and problem-solving skills
-Hands-on experience with computer-aided engineering (CAE) Familiarity with 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ProE or other) 
-Solid understanding of core concepts including mechanics, kinematics, thermodynamics, materials science, etc. Creativity and analytical skills Ability to communicate technical knowledge clearly and understandably. Technical writing and drawing skills.

3.    JOB TITLE: HR / Admin Manager
LOCATION: Ikoyi, Lagos

JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is looking for a dynamic Human Resources Administration (HRA) Manager to lead, direct and manage the day-to-day HRA activities for its Ikoyi location. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners. He/She will also manage employee-related services, regulatory compliance, and employee relations, among many other tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES

-2-3 years of professional experience in progressive and hands-on Human Resources and Administrative functions.

SALARY: N200,000 - N250,000 monthly net (dependent on experience).
