2.    JOB TITLE: Network Operations Centre (NOC) Engineer - Field
LOCATION: Lagos
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Perform general “system administration” tasks on all elements of the network.
-Discover problem areas which could negatively impact system performance or customer satisfaction
-Proactively monitor network and system performance.
-Analyse traffic data and trends and escalate areas of concern to the network design authority.
-Escalate problems to third-level support (Problem management team) where these cannot be resolved within the Network Operations Centre (NOC).
-Perform general “system administration” tasks on all elements of the network.
-Perform network surveillance 24/7, respond to network‐reported and customer‐reported problems

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION

-Capable of making solid, fact-based decisions under pressure.
-Ability to work well in an international, multi-cultural, and high-pressure technical environment.
-Technical experience in a telecommunications or network operations environment.
-Very good understanding of wireless communications technology

JOB PURPOSE
The primary objective of this role is to work on rehabilitating customers who are behind on payments in the pre-lock-up categories. This involves taking appropriate actions on assigned accounts using different collection methods. The goal is to regularize accounts, prevent them from moving into worse delinquent categories, and increase the success rate of recovering overdue payments.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-Act promptly and adequately on all accounts based on the business's support and resolution strategy.
-Follow the Bank's established policies and procedures.
-Maintain and improve the quality of customer service.
-Timely refer cases involving insurance claims, retrenchments, disabilities, deceased individuals, insolvencies, tracing matters, and recommended repossession actions to the Team Leader.
