JOB PURPOSE:
You shall oversee the treasury affairs of the business and ensure they are legal, constitutional, and within accepted accounting practice, monitor and report on the financial health of the business and assist and provide adequate support to the Head of Finance concerning fundraising, custody of funds, utilisation of funds and safety of cash assets.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-First degree in accounting or Banking/Finance or related studies.
-Possession of a postgraduate degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field is an added advantage.
-Membership of the ACCA, ICAN, CIS, or any other related professional qualification is required.
-Minimum of 8 years in Treasury or core finance role with at least 3 years in management capacity.
-Knowledge of Treasury operations, risk management, cash management principles, banking systems and processes, and numerical analysis.
-Knowledge of processes in the Food/QSR Industry.

You are responsible for overseeing the company's recruitment operations. This includes setting recruitment goals and guidelines, establishing recruitment budgets and timeliness, performing extensive research and analysis, spearheading recruitment activities, and developing strategies to optimize recruitment operations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-First degree in social/management/physical sciences
-Possession of Recruiter License.
-Possession of a postgraduate degree in HR, business administration, or related field is an added advantage.
-Membership of CIPM, PHRI, CIPD, or other related professional certification.
-Minimum of 8 years working experience in a Human Resources/Administration capacity role.
-Knowledge of processes in the Food/QSR Industry, relevant technology, Nigerian labour laws, and HR Policies.
