RESPONSIBILITIES
-Provide knowledgeable answers to enquires about cars in the showroom, pricing and availability
-Deliver a high level of service to all phoning customers and provide the best solutions that match client’s requirements and expectations
-Build and maintain effective working relationships with operational colleagues and workshop staff.
-Escalating inquiries to the right department and following up on After-Sales services
-Creating, supervising and ensuring the business area is ready for business of the day
-Make suggestions for improvements in all matters within the area of responsibility
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
-B.Sc / HND in English, Mass Communication or other related courses
-2 – 3 years of relevant work experience
-Excellent phone etiquette and good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
-Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
-Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications – MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
SALARY: ₦120,000 – ₦150,000/month.

5.    ROLE: Business Development Executive
INDUSTRY: Logistics
LOCATION: VI, Lagos

ROLE DESCRIPTION
-The BDE will be responsible for business/market planning, market research, sales and marketing of products. 
-The BDE would also be responsible for regularly conducting and analysing market trends to determine potential customers and the most effective strategies to reach them.
-Familiarise yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
-Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
-Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
