1.    JOB TITLE: Warehouse Executive
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with the company’s policies and vision
-Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
-Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
-Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
-Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements

-Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
-Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases
-Leadership skills and ability to manage staff

REQUIREMENTS:
-8 years+ of experience in working/retreading OTR Tires.
-Should be able to assist in the procurement of machinery for the tire sizes that we want to retread.
-Should have a good understanding of tire designs, functions, and performance characteristics.
-Familiar with various sizes of OTR tires, their machines, and their applications.
-Should be able to identify and diagnose the problems with OTR tires, including tread wear, punctures and, suggest for repair or replacement.
-Safety awareness in terms of using the large equipment and also awareness of potential hazards associated with the equipment to avoid accidents.
-Good communication skills to train our staff on the functions of machinery.
