JOB DESCRIPTION:
As an Internal Audit Lead, you will be responsible for improving operational processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
JOB DESCRIPTION
-Collaborate with various departments to design and develop efficient effective, and compliant processes that align with industry best practices.
-Create detailed process documentation, including flowcharts, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and work instructions, to ensure clarity and consistency.
-Conduct regular compliance audits to ensure that all operations adhere to industry-specific regulations, including health and safety, licensing, and quality standards.
-Assess processes from a customer's perspective, seeking opportunities to improve the overall experience.
-Identify potential risks in existing processes related to security, safety, and customer satisfaction, and propose mitigation strategies.
-Continuously monitor processes, gather feedback, and recommend enhancements to optimise operational efficiency and compliance.
-Prepare comprehensive audit reports that highlight findings, recommendations, and areas for improvement.
-Provide training and guidance to staff members to ensure understanding and adherence to newly created and revised processes.
-Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory authorities as required.
REQUIREMENTS
-Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
-Professional certification such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a plus.
-Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
-Proven experience in process creation, improvement, and compliance auditing.
-Data Analysis
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office applications.
-People management.

2.    COMPANY: Manufacturing/Production 
JOB TITLE: Chinese Translator/Interpreter
LOCATION: Isheri Oke, Lagos State 
SALARY: N150,000-N250,000 net
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking to recruit a Chinese translator/Interpreter to interpret written, audio, and oral pieces from the Chinese language to the English language, making sure to maintain their original meaning, format, and tone.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Interpret oral, audio, and written pieces from Chinese to English
-Ensure translated content conveys original meaning and tone
-Proofread translated texts for grammar, spelling, and punctuation accuracy
-Follow up with internal team members and clients to ensure translation meets their needs
-Edit content to maintain its original format (e.g. font and structure).
REQUIREMENTS
-Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
-Chinese Proficiency Certificate Examination (HSK I—IV)  (optional, but it is an advantage) 
-Proven work experience as a Translator, Interpreter or similar role
-Fluency in Chinese and English languages
-Familiarity with translation software and basic technical terms
-Time management skills.

3.    VACANCY: Sabrich Konsult

Our client's online restaurant located on the Island is looking for an experienced PRODUCTION MANAGER to organise and oversee the preparation of food to ensure quality output from the Kitchen.
ROLE: Production Manager
LOCATION: Lekki, Lagos
QUALIFICATION: HND/BSC
SALARY: N80,000 -N120,000
NOTE: Accommodation is available.
 RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Ensure smooth running of the kitchen area.
-Collaborate with the business manager in determining the nature of meals obtainable and pricing methods.
