-3+ years experience in strategic finance, preferably in a SaaS or tech company; the role would also be a good fit for someone coming out of an analyst program at a management consultancy of an investment bank

-Demonstrated ability to drive projects cross-functionally, build strong professional relationships, and influence key stakeholders

2.    JOB TITLE: Head Compliance
 LOCATION: Victoria Island 
OVERVIEW
We are currently recruiting for our client, a Fintech and Financial Institution
 QUALIFICATIONS
-University Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Law or financial management.
-Member of any of the following professional bodies is mandatory:
-Association of Certified Anti-money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS)
-Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA)
-International Compliance Association. ICA
-Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP)
-Relevant professional certificate in Internal Audit and Compliance Management would be an added advantage.
JOB DESCRIPTION
-Contribute to the design and implementation of a Compliance program and Work with regulators and internal management to ensure the compliance program adheres to regulatory and compliance standards.
-Acting as a business advisor by guiding internal management and business partners regarding the implementation of unified payments compliance programs.
-Maintain responsibility for all regulatory filings and the oversight of any relevant regulatory reports, STRs/SARs filings, and any other reports or filings submitted by unified payments to any relevant local regulatory authority.
-Implement compliance standards following regulatory requirements, applicable codes of conduct, and best practices, to ensure Unified Payments operates legally, ethically, and responsibly. 
-Monitor changes in the regulatory landscape and ensure ongoing compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
-Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments to evaluate adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
-Develop and facilitate compliance risk assessment training workshops for all stakeholders.
-Engaged in cross-functional responsibilities and performed other compliance functions as assigned by the Chief Compliance Officer CCO, CC.
REQUIREMENTS
-A minimum of 8 years of relevant Compliance and Audit experience, preferably in reputable financial institutions or in the payments industry understanding of the local regulatory administration.
-Solid working knowledge of financial services regulations with a strong understanding of the local regulatory administration.

5.    JOB TITLE: Account Receivable
LOCATION: Ikeja, Lagos
SALARY: N150,000
JOB OVERVIEW
To work as the account receivable and assist the head of admin in the management of Account Receivable and oversee the lodgment and payments into the bank.
JOB DESCRIPTION
-Assisting the department in account receivables (AR)
-Following up with customers for outstanding or overdue payments through the sales team.
-Receipt deposits from salesmen or collectors and issue receipt
-Monitoring the AR collections
-Record all cash and credit transactions.
-Make a report of the status of receivables.
-Schedule collections according to the ageing receivables
-Do stock reconciliation between outstanding invoices and reports of ageing receivables
-Managing transactions with customers using cash registers
-Collect payments whether in cash or credit
-Issue receipts, refunds, change
-Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-Microsoft Office suite (Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint).
-Good interpersonal communication skills
