JOB DESCRIPTION
-Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
-Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks, including copying and typing.
-Professionally answering phones and routing calls as necessary.
-Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
-Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
-Sorting and distributing mail.
-Provide excellent customer service.
REQUIREMENTS
-Candidates should possess Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degrees in a related field with 2+ years of relevant work experience.
