-Interest in market dynamics along with business sense
-Must be well-versed with service contracts and management.
-A knack for negotiation and networking
-Working experience in vendor management software
-Ability to gather and analyse data and to work with figures

The Junior Software Developer is part of an agile development team building and working on enterprise-grade software systems. The ideal candidate is involved in all areas of development from design to development and testing.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-Developing, refining, and tuning integrations between applications.
-Analyzing and resolving technical and application problems. Adhering to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on time and within budget. 
-Working with an agile team to develop, test, and maintain web and desktop-based business applications built on Microsoft technologies. Ensure that software projects are well implemented according to system design.

5.    ROLE: Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION
-Preparation of cost analysis based on the architectural drawings, engineering estimates, materials required, and labour involved.
-Preparation of cost plans to enable design teams to produce practical designs for construction projects, which involves liaising with architects, engineers and subcontractors
-Preparing contract documents including bills of quantities.
-Maintain and implement the construction budget for each project
-Negotiate prices with suppliers, and research new materials for design and cost savings. Develop and implement new purchasing strategies to deliver ongoing cost reductions.
-Leverage technology, safety measures, and information sharing to increase productivity.
REQUIREMENTS
-At least a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying
-Certification by the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS) is an added advantage
-Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
REMUNERATION: N180,000-250,000 (based on experience)
