1.    POSITION: IT Support Engineer
TYPE: Full Time
LOCATION: (Remote) Lagos State 
SALARY: N180,000-N200,000 Gross
JOB DESCRIPTION:  
-Escalate IT issues to the IT Manager where necessary
-Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops 
-Install authorised software to laptops and desktops
-Patching of network and phones 
-Making of Cat 5 E-network cables were necessary 
-Ensure all logs for equipment and users are maintained 
-Exchange server mailbox maintenance, including archiving mailboxes 
-Providing support for MAC and PC
-The post holder will provide effective technical support across all aspects of the business and will provide backup and

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Develop and manage annual and multi-year budgets that are adequate for the organisation’s needs, including preparation of periodic budget forecasts.
-Prepare and maintain cash flow analyses as needed.
-Analyze monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows) and effectively convey analysis to staff as requested.

5.    JOB: Technical Sales Manager (Coating and Protective Paint)
LOCATION: Lagos 
INDUSTRY: Automobile Paint Manufacturing Company
SALARY: N250,000 Net 
QUALIFICATIONS
-HND/BSc in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry and Chemical Engineering. Post Graduate Qualification will be preferred but not mandatory.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience selling Auto Refinish Paints and providing technical service to the Body Shop / Furniture Industry.
-Must be familiar with B2B & B2C Marketing with strong leadership skills to manage a team of five people.

RESPONSIBILITIES 
-Technical Expertise: Utilise your strong understanding of finance and business concepts to assist the MD in analysing financial data, market trends, and industry developments.
-Project Management: Assist the MD in overseeing various projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and objectives are met.
-Communication and Networking: Act as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, building strong relationships on behalf of the firm.

7.    ROLE TITLE: Rental Officer [Male candidates preferred for gender balance]

JOB OBJECTIVES
-Ensure rental inquiries in a timely, effective and proactive manner
-Providing one‐on‐one coordination meetings with renters before their rental (varies according to rental package)
-Ensure renter and vendor contract and document administration.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Working with the Event and Facility Manager to ensure all renters and facilities are in good condition and stocked with necessary supplies.
-Coordinating logistics and communicating with all drivers and rental staff
-Working with rental staff to ensure all contractual agreements are met by both parties and that the policies and procedures are followed
-Responding to rental inquiries in a timely, effective and proactive manner.
-Following up with interested clients to book rentals
-Maintaining relationships with vendors /clients and coordinating as needed the vendor contract and document administration.
QUALIFICATIONS
-BSc / HND degree in any social science-related field.
