JOB OVERVIEW
HR Officer is an HR professional responsible for providing support in the various human resources and functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counselling.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
-Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
-Serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators.
-Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates and performing reference checks.
-Assist with performance management procedures.

2.    JOB TITLE: Quantity Surveyor 
JOB BRIEF
We are searching for a reliable quantity surveyor to join our capable team of professionals. The quantity surveyor will be tasked with analysing existing budgets and making improvements, reviewing plans and preparing quantity estimates, negotiating with various contractors and vendors, as well as building relationships with clients and site managers.
LOCATION: Ikoyi, Lagos
SALARY: N200,000 – N250,000
REQUIREMENTS
-Microsoft Office proficiency
-Good command of the English language
-Optimal Knowledge of project planning and use of Microsoft projects.
-Basic Knowledge of AutoCAD.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Undertake feasibility studies to ensure a proposal will work
-Estimate material quantities, costs, labour and time
-Perform risk and value management and cost control during a project
-Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance work.
-Negotiate contracts and work schedules.
-Assign work to subcontractors – overseeing their work at all stages.
-Value completed work and arranging payments.
-Ensure projects meet legal and quality standards.
-Continually analyse outcomes and write budget reports, and

REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, engineering, management, or similar and a minimum of 4 years experience 
-Construction estimating or finance experience is advantageous.
-Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
-Sound knowledge of construction.
-Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to organise, plan, and strategise.
-A valid driver's license.

JOB TITLE: IT Support Specialist
LOCATION: Ikeja, Lagos
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Provide technical support and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network-related issues. 
-Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications. 
-Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues promptly. 
-Collaborate with the Group IT team to identify and implement improvements to the company's IT infrastructure.
QUALIFICATION:
-Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 
-Familiarity with IT security best practices and protocols. (Experience with Checkpoint firewall would be a plus.) 
-Experience in implementing and maintaining networking systems, including LAN, WAN, and VPN technologies. 
-Relevant certifications (e.g., Checkpoint Certified Security Administrator (CCSA), Microsoft Certified: Intune Administrator, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Red Hat Certified System Administrator) would be a plus. 
SALARY: N3M Per Annum, subject to review upon confirmation after 6 months.
