BRIEF JOB SUMMARY: 
The Brand Storyteller will be responsible for creatively and effectively sharing information across a variety of platforms and media on the Foundation’s activities. The staff will research projects and initiatives, including their origins, challenges, and successes, and understand how to distil information into the most useful and interesting points for the Foundation’s stakeholders and audiences. By conducting interviews and collecting content from a multitude of sources, the staff can tell stories that range in length, focus and scope and that suit specific audiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Oversee all social media accounts including research, planning, and tracking as well as content development and promotion related to events, media, and outreach to drive awareness, emotional connection, and brand affinity for the Foundation and Giving. ng.
-Works closely with the communications team to write, edit, publish, and promote new content prioritizing impact stories from beneficiaries of the Foundation’s activities for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for relevant stakeholders including partners and the board of trustees
-Edit and update content on our websites while creating new product feature-focused content. Staff will work collaboratively with technology, design, business, and marketing to deliver the product to market and drive platform adoption and growth.

Assist customers at an Automobile shop to understand their car's maintenance or repair options and answers customer questions before they are scheduled with a Technician.

-Provide customers with information and advice on warranty protections, potential cost savings and the advantages of trading in versus fixing their car
