We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Project Manager / Technical Assistant with a background in real estate, property development, or engineering. In this role, you will be responsible for managing technical projects, assisting the technical team, and contributing to the overall success of our projects. The ideal candidate will have commercial exposure, the ability to drive, and possess an international passport, with a foreign passport considered a plus. RESPONSIBILITIES:
