1.    JOB TITLE: Executive Assistant 
LOCATION: Lagos, Ikoyi
OVERVIEW
The Executive Assistant will work closely with the CEO in developing and executing key strategic initiatives, managing projects, conducting research, delivering strategic objectives, and coordinating high-level meetings. A Bachelor’s, 3 – 5 years previous experience working as an Executive Assistant to a CEO/Executive Director is a mandatory requirement.
RESPONSIBILITIES 
-To coordinate meeting scheduling, management and commitments, and prepare required agenda and materials for the CEO
-Produce reports for the Executive Director as and when required. 
-Follow up on action points from meetings on behalf of the Executive Director
-To provide administrative support in the delivery of assignments and initiatives on behalf of the Executive Director’s office as and when required
-Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the office of the Executive Director and senior management teams across businesses; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff
-Complete critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting communications and responses, reviewing contracts and related business communications for the Executive Director 
-Effectively prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously and proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion within defined timelines. 
REMUNERATION: N200,000 – N250,000 monthly 
REQUIREMENT
-Proven experience working in an executive assistant role supporting senior-level executives.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
-Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email management tools, etc.
-Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail; ability to multitask effectively under pressure while meeting deadlines consistently.
-Discretionary mindset when handling confidential/sensitive information
-Excellent interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration across all levels within an organization
-Highly professional demeanour demonstrating strong ethical standards 
-Ability to work independently without significant supervision yet work well within teams when needed

-Familiarity with aviation regulations, including but not limited to ICAO and local authorities.

A valid Flight Dispatch License is an added advantage.
