REQUIREMENTS
-Minimum of HND or B.Sc in Food Science and Technology, Nutrition, Dietetics, Hotel and Catering -Management or any related discipline in addition to relevant catering qualifications
Excellent written and oral communication skills
-Minimum of 5 years of proven experience planning and preparing meals for a large population
-Candidate must be versatile with proficiency in cookery, baking and pastry
-Cognate experience working with children in an international school is a requirement
-Proficiency in the planning and preparation of local and continental dishes
-Not older than 45 years
-Strong problem-solving abilities, procurement competence and budget management skills
-Computer proficiency
-A good understanding of Health and Safety requirements.
