1.    JOB TITLE: Graduate Information Technology Officer
INDUSTRY: Information Technology Services
LOCATION:  Ikoyi, Lagos

JOB SUMMARY:
Our Client is an innovative and growing organization, seeking a motivated and technically proficient Graduate Information Technology Officer to join their team. This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to kick-start their career in Information Technology. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining and improving IT systems and infrastructure, providing technical support to staff, and contributing to various IT projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues.
-Help manage and monitor network and system performance.
-Support the IT team in implementing new technologies and upgrades.
-Maintain IT documentation and asset management records.
-Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
-Assist in the development and enforcement of IT policies and procedures.
-Participate in IT projects and initiatives to improve service delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
-Previous experience in an Intern or IT position is an advantage
-Knowledge of basic IT concepts, including hardware, software, networking, and security
-Must be IT savvy, with a strong emphasis on demonstrated expertise in Microsoft applications, graphics, and presentation skills. The use of Apple platforms/devices is an added advantage.
-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Candidate must stay close to the location
-Not more than 30 years old at the time of application.

2.    JOB TITLE: Business Development Manager 
LOCATION: Anthony Village, Lagos
SALARY: N350,000 Net
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies aligned with user acquisition, engagement, and revenue goals. This includes conducting market research and identifying potential niches.
- Lead and manage the sales and marketing teams, overseeing revenue targets, CRM implementation, and customer service excellence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, strategy, and engineering teams to identify, prioritize, and execute growth opportunities.
- Create proposals, marketing materials, and reports to support growth initiatives.
- Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of growth strategies, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans.
QUALIFICATIONS: 
- B. Sc in business, marketing, finance, economics, or a related field is typically required. A master's degree (MBA) can be an advantage. 
- Minimum of 5 years experience, with at least 2 years of experience in leadership roles, and a track record of driving growth in a fintech, brokerage, or tech startup environment.
- Marketing experience in the equities market is an added advantage. 
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to create and execute growth plans that align with overall business objectives. 
- Exceptional analytical skills and a deep understanding of marketing analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance. 
- Proven experience in building and leading high-performing marketing teams. 
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing campaigns.

3.    JOB TITLE: Executive Assistant
LOCATION: Lekki, Lagos
JOB SUMMARY: The role provides support to Executive Management by serving as the primary point of contact for and liaison to internal and external constituencies on all matters about the Office of the Executive Management. The role shall also be responsible for assisting with developing, communicating, executing, and sustaining corporate strategic initiatives, and overseeing special projects and administrative tasks.

POSITION OVERVIEW: The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for our soundproof generators. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar sales position and hands-on experience selling soundproof generators.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
