REQUIREMENTS
-Minimum of First Degree or its equivalent in any discipline plus minimum of 5 years experience out of which, at least 4 must have been in financial services and at least 2 at the senior management level.
-Possession of a higher degree and professional qualifications, such as ACA, ACIB, etc. would be an advantage.

ROLE: Project Manager
JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking to hire a positive, proactive Project manager to oversee project teams and to ensure Projects are completed on time. The Project manager will establish a Project Management Office (PMO) and direct and coordinate the utilization of resources across divisions of the project to reach targets. The Project manager will ensure compliance with budget and other project requirements. You will communicate with stakeholders during all phases of the project and close it efficiently. A Project Manager is responsible for managing projects to make sure the proposed plan adheres to the timeline, budget and scope. Their duties include planning projects in detail, setting schedules for all stakeholders and executing each step of the project.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Managing the day-to-day project operations and networks.
-Providing regular and up-to-date status reports to stakeholders
-Ensuring that the project is timely by setting time marks
-Create management, communication plans and processes
-Participate in how budget and staff are allocated for the project.
-Maintain project time frames, budget estimates and status reports
-Outlining, defining, and initiating the project.
-Implementing document control policies and documentation templates.
-Maintaining a good working knowledge of assigned component projects.
-Monitoring project progress and implementing changes where necessary.
-Compiling project reports and informing management regarding problems.
-Ensuring the project complies with best practices, SOPs, PMO policies and others.
QUALIFICATIONS
-BSc or Higher Education in Project Management or any other related field.
-Preferable with at least 4-5 years experience in the same industry is a plus
-3+ years of experience in a project management role.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
