FUNCTION OF THE ROLE
The Social Media/Customer Experience Support will be directly responsible for handling and managing the company’s social media platforms, customer service and processing of online and offline orders, and organising a good filing system.
Other duties for this role will include sales, customer complaint management, handling enquiries, managing third-party courier companies, writing and responding to emails and day-to-day routine tasks execution. You must be knowledgeable about the products, curate and able to adequately guide customers at all times.

2. JOB TITLE: Front Desk Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff.
-Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
-Direct visitors to the appropriate persons and/or office.
-Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
-Ensure reception and office area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
-Accept all letters and packages and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
