JOB TITLE: Art Director

LOCATION: Onipanu

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Directing the graphics and art department

-Collaborative efforts to translate and capture clients' briefs.

-Develop project strategies and create visual elements for ad campaigns.

-Introduce best practices, industry trends, and new ways of achieving projects.

-Develop a research and insight consciousness as an approach to solving  creative projects 

-Create a healthy X-Dep engagement for effective campaign delivery

 -Develop, monitor, and review departmental accounting policies, procedures, and processes.

 -Verify supporting documents for validity, accuracy, and completeness, and capture the payments and/or receipts on the accounting system

 -Capture and maintain master file information (creditors, debtors, payroll, assets) on the accounting system

 -Prepare the quarterly and annual financial statements and supporting working papers

 -Perform general ledger reconciliations (including bank, suspense, and interdepartmental accounts)

 -Manage general ledger and subsidiary ledger reconciliations (including bank, debtors, creditors, suspense, and interdepartmental accounts)

 -Perform month-end and year-end accounts closure process

 -Provide accounting and financial information and responses to risk, audit, and other assurance providers.

 -Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor’s degree in accounting or its equivalent

JOB TITLE: Pool Drivers

JOB BRIEF

The pool driver will be responsible for driving employees and visitors to and fro their destinations and maintenance of the assigned vehicles.

JOB DESCRIPTION 

-Drive all company staff and official guests/visitors as and when required

-Ensuring that the assigned vehicle is equipped with necessary amenities

-Assist staff/clients with loading and unloading their luggage

-Listen to traffic and weather reports staying up-to-date on road conditions

-Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip

-Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed

-Answer staff/clients’ questions about the area and local places of interest

-Ensure the car seats are clean and comfortable for all riders

-Pick up and throw away debris after passengers have exited the vehicle

-Carry packages and luggage to the required destination as and when required

-Collect payments and issue receipts

-Regularly wash and clean the vehicle.

-Conducting timely vehicle maintenance checks.

-Get the oil changed and fluids checked regularly

-Informing the company of any accidents or vehicle damage.

-Identifying any mechanical issues in the vehicle.
