1.    VACANCY: Deli Ville (Restaurant)
LOCATION: Festac Town
JOB TITLE: Restaurant Manager 
JOB BRIEF
As a restaurant manager, you oversee all aspects of the business. Your duties include hiring and training employees - developing working relationships with front and back of house staff, coordinating work and schedules, overseeing inventory ordering, and daily maintenance of equipment and the building and you are responsible for maintaining the highest levels of hospitality in the restaurant.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day-to-day activities at the business premise
- Ensure adequate inventory management estimates of all food and drinks costs and coordinate to purchase all required supplies, appropriate stock supplies and monitor stock levels.
-Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
- Ensure and monitor adherence to health, safety and hygiene standards in kitchens and restaurants.
- Create innovative programs and promotions that drive revenue through increased guest patronage
- Drive all financial budgeting operations to maximize profitability
- Promote and market the business.
- Ensure appropriate business marketing to reach the company’s target customers. Prepare a marketing strategy for the target market.
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adequate staffing at all times: recruit, train and supervise staff. Train new and current employees on proper hospitality practices. 
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security procedures and design strategies to protect all employees and customers. Ensure adequate food and hygiene practices.
-Generate relevant periodic reports using appropriate KPIs indicating an improvement in Sales and Management.
QUALIFICATIONS
-B.Sc or HND in any field. Hospitality Management or Culinary schooling is an advantage.
-At least 7-10 years experience with 5 years of full-service restaurant management in a managerial role.
-Flexibility in working hours
-Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work
-Demonstrated planning and forecasting skills.
-Attention to detail and good resource management skills
-Able to use relevant computer applications such as MS Office applications.
