OVERVIEW
To control and oversee all business operations, people and ventures and will be responsible for the overall success of the business.
JOB BRIEF
The ideal candidate will be a strategist and a leader able to steer the company in the most profitable direction while also implementing its vision, mission and long-term goals. Very strong crisis management skills will also be essential. The goal is to ensure the company is constantly moving towards fulfilling its short-term and long-term objectives and does not diverge from its strategic guidelines.
RESPONSIBILITIES 
-Develop and execute the company’s business strategies to attain the goals of the board and shareholders
-Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
-Provide strategic advice to the board so that they will have an accurate view of the market and the company’s future
-Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities

-Read all submitted reports by lower rank managers to reward performance, prevent issues and resolve problems
-Act as the public speaker and public relations representative of the company in ways that strengthen its profile

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

5.    ROLE: Finance Manager
INDUSTRY: Micro Finance Bank
RESPONSIBILITY:
-Ensuring transactions are correctly posted to GL accounts of both entities
-Processing expenses, tracking and monitoring revenue in both entities
-Ensuring proper set-up of the Financial Accounting systems and Controls in both entities
-Ensuring that the underlying records (general ledger) of both entities are of utmost integrity 
-Ensuring daily/monthly reconciliation of all ledgers and sub-ledgers in both entities 
-Preparing management accounts for both entities monthly and as may otherwise be required.
