JOB DESCRIPTION
Safely transport either packages or staff from one location to another. They must follow traffic laws and correctly route themselves, ensuring that there is enough gas in the tank at all times for their destination.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Arrive at destinations on schedule
-Fulfill administrative needs, like office pickups
-Research and plan for traffic
-Use navigation applications to determine the best route
-Interact with clients professionally at all times
-Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use

ABOUT THE JOB
The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess strong business acumen.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Create detailed journal entries and post them to the general ledger (GL) to track all income statements and expenses.
-Handle all accounts payable and receivable on a daily basis to make sure each invoice and expense report is accurate.
-Reconcile all business accounts to ensure our records match up and no transaction gets lost.
-Enter financial data into computer software, making sure all bills and invoices are filed correctly
-Facilitate all incoming payments and outgoing checks, including printing, obtaining signatures for, and distributing checks as necessary

- Collaborate with department heads/leads to prepare the Company’s annual financial budget and ensure that all expenditures are budgeted clearly and systematically and presented to management for approval.
-Ensure Novarick’s expenses are documented in detail, ensure controls are in place and detailed monitoring on all expenses.
QUALIFICATIONS
-Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field
-Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals.
-Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
