1.    JOB TITLE: Accountant 
INDUSTRY: Public Health/Agro Processing Company 
LOCATION: Anthony/Lagos state (Hybrid)
Salary: N80,000-N100,000 monthly.
JOB DESCRIPTION
-Track & prepare monthly sales, expense & petty cash reports.
-Prepare monthly profit & loss reports.
-Prepare monthly inventory reports.
-Reconcile all accounts including POS accounts on a weekly and monthly basis.
-Prepare purchase requisitions and submit them to the CEO for approval.
-Prepare monthly tax remittance 
-Process refunds and submit reports to the CEO every Friday.
-Come up with measures to have a seamless accounting process in the organisation.
-Perform internal audits.
-Create and process invoices.
-Cross-check invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy.
-Managing a company's accounts payable and receivable.

JOB DESCRIPTION
-Create and process invoices
-Prepare bills and invoices and send them to the clients
-Cross-check invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
-Manage the Company’s accounts payable and receivable
-Process refund
-Track the Company’s expenses
-Work on overdue payments from clients
-Communicate with clients regarding billing and payments

-Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
-Experience with general ledger functions

-BSc or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant degree
-Additional certification is a plus.

10.    JOB TITLE: Design Architect Project Manager 
LOCATION: Isolo, Lagos
JOB TYPE: Full Time
SECTOR: Furniture/Interior Design
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Lead on new product development (furniture) from concept development to prototype development.
-Create, draft, and develop space plans using AutoCAD/
-Create furniture product models on sketch-up
-Prepare BOMS of all products for the production team
-Producing presentations to support salespeople and customers (mood boards, drawings, renders and visuals, etc.)
-Weekly visits to sites to take accurate measurements
-Supporting tender responses and creating response documents (managing sources of info-sales-technical and tender database)
-Becoming part of the Design Team (Representing the company at major events at times)
