1.    JOB TITLE: GIS Officer 
INDUSTRY: Telecommunication 
SALARY: 250k - 350k

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Work on projects, scoping out the nature and purpose of the information required by clients
-Collect, store, analyse, and present geographical and spatial information
-Use a range of GPS tools in the field to capture the location of assets such as bridges, street lights, road barriers, and flood defences
-Undertake desk-based data capture (digitizing) to convert paper maps to GIS datasets to, for example, record the location of telecom cables or water pipelines from original maps.
-Create and maintain the structures necessary for GIS data storage
-Develop tools for loading/transferring GIS data between different systems
-Manipulate, analyse, and present geographical information by creating programs to convert GIS information from one format to another.
-Develop internet apps to present GIS data and tools on corporate websites.
-Use tools to join together different GIS datasets and create new information or investigate patterns, e.g. estimating the number of people potentially affected by flooding, using population growth figures and planning information to estimate increasing/decreasing demand for school capacity or calculating the number of potential customers for a new supermarket and predicting buying patterns based on socio-economic factors.

2.    JOB TITLE: Fiber Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Conduct tests to determine the physical properties of materials, such as tensile strength and elongation
-Communicate with clients or contractors about project status, work with engineers to develop designs for new projects, and provide documentation for completed projects
-Research new materials that could be used in the manufacturing process
-Design, construct, and maintain equipment used to produce fibre products

3.    JOB TITLE: Fiber Optic Technician

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Inspect, test, and repair equipment used in telecommunications networks
-Install new fibre optic networks and repair existing ones as needed
-Install and maintain equipment used in telecommunications networks such as routers, switches, and repeaters
-Install new infrastructure or upgrade existing infrastructure to accommodate technological advances in the telecommunications industry
-Install cable television equipment such as amplifiers, filters, splitters, and converters, as well as perform signal strength tests to ensure quality reception
-Install fibre optic equipment such as splicing machines, fibre optic test equipment, and fibre optic cable termination devices
-Determine the location of underground utilities such as gas, water, and electricity lines before beginning construction work
-Install fibre optic cables in conduits or aerial locations such as on telephone poles or between buildings

The Financial Analyst is responsible for data gathering, analysis, and reporting of the financial market, capital market, and macroeconomic trends.
