1.    JOB TITLE: AC Technician
LOCATION: Iyana Isolo, Lagos
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Install, repair, and maintain various air conditioning systems, including split systems, central units, and ductless systems.
-Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify issues and assess the condition of AC units.
-Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning coils, lubricating parts, and replacing filters.
-Troubleshoot and repair AC system components, including compressors, motors, thermostats, and fans.
-Determine the root cause of malfunctions and provide effective solutions promptly.
-Perform refrigerant handling and charging in compliance with industry regulations.
-Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while working on AC systems and electrical components.
-Assist in maintaining an organized inventory of tools, equipment, and replacement parts.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Minimum of SSCE or equivalent; technical Diploma.
-Proven experience (4- 6 years) as an AC Technician.

3.    JOB TITLE: Customer Experience Lead
JOB LOCATION: Lekki, Lagos
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
-Take ownership of customers' issues and follow problems through to resolution
