JOB TITLE: Cashier
LOCATION: Gbagada, Omole, Beger, Ogudu – Lagos
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Day-to-day tasks for a Cashier mainly involve assisting customers at the till, but they are also expected to help in other store areas when required.
-Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
-Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
-Collect correct payments, whether in cash or credit
Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
-Redeem stamps and coupons for customers
-Cross-sell products and introduce new ones
-Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
-Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
-Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
-Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
-Candidates should possess at least SSCE or OND qualifications
-0 – 1 year relevant work experience.
-Ability to pay attention to details
-Customer service experience.
-Must be close to Beger, Omole, Ogba, Ogudu, Gbagada.
SALARY: ₦40,000 – ₦50,000/month.
