-Knowledge of application software for Graphic design ( Corel Draw, canvas,  Adobe Photoshop

2.    JOB TITLE: Contact Service Officer
JOB BRIEF
A Financial Institution needs the services of Customer Support/Telesales personnel with about 2 years of experience as a contact service officer of a bank. Must be a graduate of a higher institution  
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
-Opens new accounts and builds a new clientele base
-Maximise all sales opportunities to ensure the highest deposit obtainable
-Know all the features and benefits of all products, services, promotions, and trading systems offered to better sell to the client
-Gain an understanding of client needs before presenting relevant products/services
-Attain a full understanding of the company's internal operating systems
-Achieve all sales targets consistently as outlined by the Head of Sales
-Follow up on leads for prospective clients
-Ensure that all up-selling and cross-selling opportunities are capitalised upon
-Provide training to clients for using the Company's trading system
-Input detailed and accurate data and information in all internal system

-Follow up on all existing clients to increase trading volumes and deposits and manage withdrawals

-Fluency in English. Any additional language will be considered an advantage

5.    JOB TITLE: IT Support Officer 
LOCATION: Victoria Island, Lagos
DUTIES
-Keep computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them
-Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
-Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
-Talk staff or customers through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
-Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
-Replace parts as required
-Participate in designing and implementation of various systems/application projects
-Troubleshoot DNS Service and DNS resolution issues
-Assist in the management and support of internal and external DNS systems.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
-B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or any related field
-Minimum of 2 years cognate experience 
-Knowledge of system engineering, computer maintenance, server administration, installation, repairs, and troubleshooting
-Good analytical and problem-solving skills to assess network/system performance and recommend changes
-Good interpersonal skills to communicate with users, vendors and other IT staff.
