JOB SUMMARY:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and expense tracking.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our logistics operations. The Logistics Manager will be responsible for coordinating transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution activities to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply chain operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Develop and implement logistics strategies, policies, and procedures to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
-Coordinate and optimize transportation activities, including route planning, carrier selection, freight negotiation, and shipment tracking to meet delivery timelines and customer requirements.
-Manage and oversee warehousing operations, including inventory management, storage optimization, picking/packing, and order fulfilment processes.
-Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and stock accuracy to prevent stockouts, minimize excess inventory, and ensure timely replenishment.
-Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to establish and maintain strong relationships, negotiate contracts, and resolve issues effectively.

-Strong knowledge of logistics processes, transportation modes, inventory management principles, and warehouse operations.
-Experience with logistics management software and systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS, and TMS) for planning, tracking, and reporting.
-Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to optimize logistics operations and resolve challenges.
