Our client, a management consulting firm currently seeks a Senior Account Associate, who will play a crucial role in supporting the firm’s delivery of high-quality solutions to clients. Your primary responsibilities include providing administrative and operational assistance to the consulting team, ensuring that all documentation meets firm standards before reaching clients and working closely with the COO on VIP client projects. You will be instrumental in maintaining the firm's reputation for excellence by overseeing the quality control process for all client deliverables.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your key tasks will include preparing and delivering client presentations and reports, conducting research and data analysis for client recommendations, and developing project plans tailored to client needs. You will provide general administrative support such as scheduling meetings, managing documentation, and assisting with proposal development. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing quality control procedures, liaising with high-level clients, and assisting in hiring and onboarding new employees. Your role also involves planning and delivering virtual training sessions, multitasking across various clients and industries, and staying updated on industry trends to ensure clients receive current recommendations.
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
