1.    JOB ROLE: Accountant
REPORTING TO: Finance Manager
INDUSTRY: Hospitality

LOCATION: Sagamu, Ogun-State.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: 
-BSc/HND in Accounting or relevant field.
- 3 years of experience in a Company Accountant Role.
-Professional qualification in Accounting is an added advantage.
-Good knowledge of accounting and analytical skills.
-Sound experience in the use of Accounting and financial report software.
-Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and other related software

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 
-Performing all accounting-related tasks with the assistance of other company team members.
-Managing departmental accounts for payments
-Compliance with accounting standards, local regulations, Group policies, and internal guidelines
-Liaise with Auditors (both statutory and internal) for timely and smooth completion of the audit
-Preparation of payments and following up with banks for maintaining bank accounts with various banks
-Intercompany/ Affiliates accounts maintenance: WEB booking, routine reconciliation
-Monthly expense analysis
-Monthly bank reconciliation
-Tax management: calculations, bookings, reconciling, and payments
-Stock accounting and management.

JOB LOCATION: Lagos

JOB DESCRIPTION
The role requires customer service & processing of online orders via a phone.
Other duties include handling customer complaints and third-party courier services.
REPORTING TO: Operations Manager.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-Receive and process online orders
-Convert leads into actual sales
-Develop and maintain updated customer/vendor lists
-Answer and direct phone calls

JOB SUMMARY
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth and developing a funnel of prospects to ensure conversion to new customers. The BDM will research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue in line with projected income based on the bouquet of products and services available.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue streams and achieve growth targets.
-Identify potential strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance offerings or reach new markets.
-Negotiate and establish partnerships, joint ventures, or distribution agreements to drive business growth
-Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective partners, stakeholders, and clients to foster long-term business partnerships and maximise growth opportunities.
-Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities. Prepare regular reports and provide insights and recommendations to management.
-Provide support towards all investment-related events and actively create opportunities for the team to network
