THE Executive Chairman of Ayobo-Ipaja LCDA, Hon. Chief (Mrs) Bola Shobowale, has congratulated the National President of the Association of Local Governments of Nigeria (ALGON), who is also the Chairman of the Conference 57 Chairmen in Lagos State, Hon. Kolade Alabi David, on his appointment as a Board Member of the Commonwealth Local Government Affairs Commonwealth Local Government conference in Kigali, Rwanda.
