RESIDENTS of Ipaja, in the Ayobo-Ipaja LCDA of Alimosho LGA, have raised an alarm over the threatening situation of an electric pole in between the Church bus stop and the Adefemi junction area.
The message, which has since gone viral on WhatsApp, reads in part, "This pole you are seeing here is between Church bus top and Adefemi junction, Ipaja. It is about to fall, and if it falls, it will fall into a school at its front.
"Please, as you see this message, help to share it with as many people as possible so it can get to the right authorities that will help amend it before it falls. There is high tension on it."
As of the time of filing this report, the authorities of the LGA have not yet responded to this.
