SEQUEL to AlimoshoToday’s story about the operations of unknown gunmen in the Ayobo area of Lagos State, the Lagos State Police Command on Tuesday, April 05, 2022, arrested a suspect in connection to the unfortunate incident that occurred in the Oshin area of Ayobo-Ipaja last weekend.
This information was disclosed by the Spokesperson for the Command, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, who claimed that a link has been established between the suspect and the rest of the kidnappers.
“Some teams have been deployed to that area and they are combing the area and investigations have begun. One person has been arrested and a link has been established between the person and the other groups,” he said.
He also expressed his condolence to the families of the deceased and assured them that efforts are ongoing to secure the release of the victims and arrest the kidnappers.
