The Secretary to the Ayobo-Ipaja Local Council Development Area and an aspirant for the chairmanship position in the LCDA, Honourable Agbaje Lukmon Abiodun has set machinery in motion to distribute 2021 JAMB forms for free to secondary school students.
No fewer than 200 students from the Ayobo-Ipaja LCDA in Alimosho area of Lagos State will benefit from the Hon Abiodun Foundation’s free JAMB form project for this year.
According to the Foundation, the students will be drawn from the five political wards of Ayobo-Ipaja LCDA, Arewa Community, Community Development Committees, Christian Association of Nigeria, League of Imams, Igbo Community, Traditional rulers, Community Development Associations and Artisan Groups.He also said that free tutorial class will commence by February 1, 2021 to help the students in their educational pursuit.
Agbaje Abiodun stressed that education is the soul of a society as it passes from one generation to another.
He mentioned that education at the grassroots level is one of the priorities in his manifesto, while promising to promote equal access to education for the good people of Ayobo-Ipaja LCDA in line with Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu’s T.H.E.M.E agenda to empower youths across the State.
