THE Executive Chairman of Igando-Ikotun LCDA, Comrade Lasisi Ayinde Akinsanya, has joined friends and colleagues to celebrate the council’s Chairman of the Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees (NULGE), who also doubles as the 57 Local Government Chairman of NULGE Chairmen in Lagos State, Comrade Arowosafe Adesina Chinoyen, as he celebrates his birthday anniversary.
