THE Executive Chairman of the Igando-Ikotun LCDA, Comrade Lasisi Ayinde Akinsanya, has joined friends, political associates, and other well-wishers to celebrate the Deputy Governor of Lagos State, Dr Kadiri Obafemi Hamzat, as he celebrates his 59th birthday anniversary.
