GRAMMY award-winning act, Wizkid, as well as RCA records act, Tems, have both been nominated in various categories for the BET Soul Train Awards.
Wizkid and Tems' nominations come in the following:
Song of The Year - Essence
Video of The Year - Essence
The Ashford and Simpson songwriter’s award - Essence
Best Collaboration for a hit song - Essence.
Also, Wizkid's "Made In Lagos" album got nominated in the Album of the year category making this a total of five nominations.
The Soul Train Music Awards is an annual music award show that honours the best in African-American culture music and entertainment. This year's edition will hold on November 20, 2021 at the Apollo Theatre, and it will be hosted by Tichina Arnold and Tisha Campbell.
