MEDIA personality and movie actress, Toke Makinwa has declared that she still gets scared of her mother when she is around despite the fact that she is 37 years of age.
Toke, who won the Net awards Most Popular Media Personality of 2021 took to Twitter to explain how her mum still scares her anytime she comes unannounced revealing the ordeal she goes through to avoid wahala.
She revealed that she always has to quickly spray her house when her mum comes unannounced to avoid her smelling the smell of smoke or else she would be in so much trouble.
She tweeted; "You are never too old to fear your African mother, tell me why in my 37 years of age, my mother shows up to my house unannounced and I’m spraying everywhere cos I had guests over and some smoked some pot. if she catches a whiff of it, I may not be alive to gist you all o."
Toke Makinwa, apart from being a presenter and actress, is also a vlogger and a radio presenter. She is known for hosting The Morning Drive on Rhythm 93.7 FM and for her YouTube vlog series, Toke Moments.
